Lisa Renzi Ragar is an association management expert and a Certified Meeting Professional with almost 25 years delivering successful meetings to institutions across industries and sectors in the U.S. and internationally.
As President of Renzi & Company, Lisa delivers consulting services with an all-encompassing approach to event planning and meetings management, putting every detail into each event. Prior to forming the Company, Lisa served for five years as the Senior Director of Meetings & Exhibitions for the Electronic Components Industry Association (ECIA), formerly part of the Electronic Industries Alliance (EIA). Her more than two decades of experience in the events industry has also afforded her the privilege to work for organizations such as the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC), the New America Alliance (NAA), the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) and the Buffalo Bills.
Lisa’s passion and expertise comprise the development of effective, efficient, and cohesive structures to make any vision a reality. Driven by this passion, she has planned and executed events in Mexico, Finland, Spain, Germany, Taiwan, and multiple locations throughout the United States. Additional accomplishments include contributing to the realization of an $11 million NFL season ticket sales goal, addressing the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) on the importance of understanding intergenerational workplace dynamics, and publishing an article in the Journal of Marketing Educators regarding the Evolution of Trade Show Education.
Lisa graduated from the State University of New York at Fredonia, earning at Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in management and a minor in geographic information systems.
